Your New Role As the Stock Manager, you’ll take ownership of all stock operations while leading a small back-of-house team of 1–2 people. Your focus will be on efficiency, organisation and accuracy, making sure new deliveries are processed quickly and the floor is always fully stocked and ready for trade. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that suits someone who loves structure and enjoys being the go-to person behind the scenes. Please Note: This is a 3-4 month full time contract role The Day to Day Oversee daily stock operations, managing a team of 1–2 stock assistants Unpack and process deliveries quickly and accurately Maintain a well-organised stockroom and clear back-of-house systems Replenish stock to the floor to support trade and VM priorities Collaborate with the Store Manager to plan stock flow and product launches Monitor stock levels, track discrepancies and complete daily reports Support visual merchandising changes and seasonal floor moves Experience Checklist Experience in retail stock management or fast paced heavy stock environments. Comfortable leading and supporting a small team Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing high stock volumes and competing priorities Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic Available for a full-time 3-month contract with immediate start What’s Next?
